The problem

Most Chinese companies waste money on LinkedIn ads. They boost a single post, pick a broad audience, run it in translated English, and hope. The fix is not a bigger budget. It is to build the ads as one system.

The result of the old way is always the same: a high cost per click, low-quality leads, and no clear line from spend to revenue. After a few months someone decides LinkedIn does not work, and the budget goes back to trade shows. It does work. It just needs native copy, sharp targeting, and reporting tied to your pipeline.

What a booth cannot do

Reach the buyer before they go looking.

You reach a decision-maker in Munich or Chicago directly, by job title, before that buyer ever starts looking for a supplier. No flight, no booth fee, no waiting for the next fair.

180k+ matched buyers from a single title-and-industry filter, sized before a cent is spent.

Yes, you can run this from China.

You do not need a foreign company or a foreign bank account. We hold and run the ad account; you approve the targeting and the spend.

What we do

We build and run your whole ads engine.

No strategy deck and a wish of luck. We own the full process, from the first audience list to the leads that land in your pipeline, run as one connected system instead of a pile of one-off campaigns.

One dashboard. Every campaign, every lead.

Campaign architecture

Built around your sales funnel, so every format, audience, and message has a clear job and nothing quietly burns budget.

Sharp audiences

By job title, seniority, company name, size, industry, and skills, so your ads land in front of the people in the West who actually sign contracts.

Native creative

Every ad written and designed in native English, built for how the feed behaves, speaking to your buyer’s problem, not your factory’s history.

Tested, then tied to pipeline

We test copy and creative before the full budget goes out, then tie every report to your CRM: what we spent, what converted, what changes next.

Ad formats

Every format, run as one system.

LinkedIn has five core ad formats, and each does a different job in the funnel. Most agencies run one or two. We run all five together, because that is how you move a Western buyer from a first impression to a signed contract.

Sponsored content

The workhorse of LinkedIn advertising: single image, carousel, video, document, and more. It builds awareness with Western buyers and feeds the top of your funnel with qualified traffic.

How we work

From kickoff to pipeline in four steps.

1 Day one. Testing starts the day campaigns go live, not weeks later.
  1. Discover

    Learn your business.

We learn your business, your buyers, and your pipeline goals, then audit any ad history you have.

  2. Build

    Build the engine.

We design the campaign structure, build the audiences, write the copy, and create the visuals, all shaped around your sales cycle.

  3. Launch

    Launch and test.

Campaigns go live and testing starts on day one, with copy, creative, audiences, and formats running in parallel so the winners surface faster.

  4. Scale

    Optimize and scale.

We optimize every week against what drives pipeline, scale what works, cut what does not, and tie ad spend to revenue in a monthly report.

Why us

What makes us different.

We read both markets.

When a campaign underperforms, the cause is almost always the targeting or the copy, the two things a team has to read both markets to get right. We have run cross-border programs with paid campaigns wired straight into the sales pipeline rather than left to chase impressions.

Funnels, not formats.

Most agencies run one format and call it a campaign. We build a full funnel where every format plays a role from awareness to conversion, which lowers your cost per lead and raises lead quality at the same time.

Wired to your pipeline.

Impressions do not pay invoices. We connect your campaigns to your CRM so you see exactly which ads create pipeline, and every week we push the budget toward the metrics your sales team cares about.

We test before we spend.

AI lets us try dozens of copy and creative variations before the budget scales, so by the time we scale a campaign, we already know what works on your audience.

One team runs all of it.

Strategy and creative, the targeting, the launch, the weekly optimization, the reporting. One system, and one person you call when you have a question.

Is this for you?

A fit if a few things are true.

Straight talk, because LinkedIn is not right for everyone.

Your buyers are professionals in the West.

The engineers, procurement managers, technical directors, and executives who make or shape the decision. They are already on the platform.

Your deal sizes justify the spend.

LinkedIn costs more per lead than other platforms, but when one client is worth many times the cost of winning them, the math works easily.

You care about pipeline, not vanity.

If you just want impressions and followers, almost any agency will do. If you want qualified leads your sales team can close, we should talk.

What it costs

Two numbers to plan for.

The ad budget you give LinkedIn, and our fee to run it. LinkedIn’s cost per lead runs higher than other platforms, so we usually suggest a test budget large enough to learn from in the first month, then scale once the data is clear. We put real numbers in front of you on the first call.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

Getting started

What are LinkedIn ads, in plain terms?

They are paid posts and messages shown only to the business people you choose. You pick the country, the industry, and the job title, and LinkedIn puts your ad in front of those people. You are paying to reach buyers, not random users.

How is this different from Alibaba or Google ads?

Alibaba shows you to people hunting for a cheap supplier. Google shows you to people already searching for a product. LinkedIn lets you reach the right buyer before they search at all, chosen by their job and their company. It is the best tool for finding buyers who do not know you yet.

Can we run LinkedIn ads from China?

Yes, through us. You do not need a foreign company or a foreign bank account to start. We run the ad account and handle setup, and your team approves the targeting and the budget.

Do we need a strong LinkedIn page before running ads?

It helps a great deal. A buyer who clicks your ad will check your page, and if it is empty, you lose them. We can build the page and the ads together.

Do you handle the creative, or do we?

We do all of it, including the strategy, the targeting, the English copy, and the design. You only approve. You do not need a designer or copywriter on your side.

Can our China team manage the ads after you set them up?

Yes, if you want. We can train your team to run the account, or keep running it for you. Many clients have us run it so their own team can focus on closing the leads.

Budget and targeting

How much money do we need to start?

Enough to test properly, not enough to gamble. LinkedIn costs more per click than other platforms because the audience is high value. Book a call and we will suggest a sensible starting budget for your market and deal size.

Why is LinkedIn more expensive per click than Facebook?

Because the person clicking is a real decision-maker, not a random scroller. One more expensive click that becomes a real buyer beats a thousand cheap clicks that buy nothing, which is why we measure cost per lead, not cost per click.

Which ad formats do you manage?

All five: sponsored content in the feed, messages to the inbox, profile-based ads, sidebar ads, and pre-filled lead forms. We run them as one system rather than separate one-off campaigns.

Can you really target a specific company or job title?

Yes. We can show your ad only to, say, procurement managers at automotive companies in Germany. That precision is the main reason LinkedIn works so well for reaching business buyers, and it is how you stop paying to reach people who will never buy.

What is a Lead Gen form, and why does it matter?

It is a form already filled in with the buyer’s name, company, and email, pulled from their profile. They tap twice and the lead lands in your system, with no website required. It is the fastest way to collect real leads on LinkedIn.

Results, data and ownership

How do we know the ads are working?

We report every week and every month in plain numbers tied to leads and pipeline. You see what we spent, what we tested, what converted, and what we change next, with no confusing dashboards.

How long before we see leads?

The first ones can arrive within weeks, though the first month is mostly testing to find what works on your audience. Results strengthen as we cut what fails and scale what works.

What if the ads do not work for us?

Then we change them, quickly. We test before we spend at scale, so a full budget rarely gets wasted, and if your market or deal size is wrong for LinkedIn, we will say so on the first call.

Where do the leads and data live? We have to think about Chinese data rules.

The lead data sits in your own CRM and your LinkedIn account, both of which you control. We collect overseas buyer data on overseas systems, which keeps the setup clean on the China side. If you have a specific compliance requirement, raise it on the first call and we will work to it.

Who owns the ad account and the leads?

You do. The account, the data, and every lead belong to you, and if you stop working with us, you keep all of it.
