LinkedIn consulting

More leads
from LinkedIn.

Not more noise.

Your company page reaches only a slice of your audience. Your people’s profiles reach everyone else. We build the programs that close that gap, and we train your team to run them.

Why people beat pages

10×

Employee networks together reach about ten times a company’s own following.

And a real face earns far more than the same words from a logo.

ContentAdvertising Consulting

Employee advocacy

Your people reach further than your company ever will.

LinkedIn’s algorithm prefers people over company pages. That is by design, not a glitch. A post shared by a real person earns far more engagement than the same words coming from a logo. For a Chinese company selling abroad, this matters more than for almost anyone else.

A face and a name signal a real business behind the product. They answer the question every Western buyer is quietly asking: is this company real, and can I trust it? Most companies leave all of this on the table. The ones that fix it tend to stand out quickly.

One share, and your post reaches their whole network.

What we run

We design and run the program. In practice, that is three things.

Run the program

We set up and manage the whole thing, with the structure and content calendar that make taking part easy enough that people actually do it.

Rewrite the profiles

We rewrite employee profiles in clear English so they win over buyers, not recruiters, turning each one into a small landing page for your company.

Fold in new hires

We bring new hires in during their first week, so a strong presence is there from day one instead of something nobody gets around to.

Executive branding

Buyers check your executives before they check your company.

They want a real person behind the business, and most would rather read a useful post from your CEO than a product pitch from your page. A buyer who has never set foot in China can watch your leader think out loud, in English, about the industry. That builds trust well before the first call. Most leaders miss the chance because nobody has time to write three posts a week, so we take it off their plate.

Profile, rewritten in English

So it builds credibility with buyers, partners, and future hires, not just old colleagues.

Posts, ghostwritten in their voice

We handle the drafts, approvals, posting, and replies on a schedule that keeps them present, without stealing an hour from the day.

LinkedIn Live, run end to end

Live sessions pull far more comments than a standard video. We plan them, run them, and grow a real audience around your leader.

Training

Your team uses LinkedIn. Do they know how to use it well?

This is the part most companies skip, and it is often the cheapest to fix. Most Chinese export and marketing teams were never trained on LinkedIn, so you end up with generic posts, empty profiles, and ad spend with nothing to show for it. Our workshops are not webinars. They are working sessions, and your team walks out with something they can run the following Monday.

Half day

LinkedIn fundamentals

How the platform actually works in 2026: the algorithm, feed behavior, and what drives real results in Western markets. Built for teams starting from scratch.

Full day

Content masterclass

A repeatable production system that builds authority without burning out your team, AI-assisted workflows included. Everyone leaves with a content plan they can run.

Full day

LinkedIn ads deep dive

Targeting, campaign structure, budgeting, and attribution, for teams spending money on LinkedIn who need to know exactly where it goes.

Half day

Executive personal brand

A focused session for senior leaders on profile structure, posting rhythm, and the frameworks that earn trust before a first meeting ever happens.

We run any workshop in Mandarin for your China-based team, and switch to English where it helps.

A working session, not a lecture. Everyone leaves with a plan.

How we start

Start small. Expand once it pays off.

  1. Audit

    See where you stand.

A short audit of where your team and your leaders sit on LinkedIn today, which is usually close to zero. That is fine, and it is the right place to start.

  2. Start

    Pick one thing.

We choose a single starting point, one executive or one workshop, and get it working before anything scales.

  3. Expand

    Grow the rhythm.

Advocacy and branding settle into a monthly rhythm. Training runs when it suits your calendar. We expand once you have seen it pay off.

Why us

Built for the trip from China to the West.

We live in the gap

Advocacy and ghostwriting only work if the output sounds right to a Western buyer. Ours does, because the people writing it work across the China-to-West gap every day rather than guessing at one side of it.

A tested playbook

We have built these programs for cross-border companies coming out of China. What you get is a tested playbook, not a theory deck.

Nothing lost in the move

When your leader’s idea starts in Chinese, we keep the thinking and lose nothing on the way into English.

What it costs

Priced two ways. Always clear up front.

Advocacy and executive branding run as a monthly program, since they are ongoing, and tend to start at the lower end of our range because they lean on your own people rather than a full content team. Training is priced per workshop. Most companies start with one workshop or one executive, see the results, then expand. We give you clear numbers on the first call.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

Advocacy 5 questions
What does LinkedIn consulting actually mean?

Three things: we get your staff posting on their own profiles, we make your leaders visible to buyers, and we train your team to do it well. The goal is simple, which is more trust and more leads from the people already inside your company.

What does employee advocacy mean in practice?

Your staff post and share company content on their own personal profiles, following a simple plan we manage. Their networks reach buyers your company page never could, and people trust a real person far more than a logo.

Our staff have never used LinkedIn. Is that a problem?

No. Most teams start from zero. We set up their profiles, show them what to post, and keep it easy. They do not have to write from scratch, since we hand them ready content to share.

Will our staff have to spend a lot of time on this?

No, just a few minutes a week. We do the heavy lifting, and they share and reply. The plan is built so it does not pull them off their real jobs.

What if an employee leaves and takes their followers?

That is normal, and it is fine. The relationships they built still helped you win deals while they were there. We also build your company page and your leaders’ profiles, so you are never leaning on one person.

Executive branding 4 questions
Why should our founder post? They are busy.

Because Western buyers check your leader before they trust your company. A founder who shares useful thinking about the industry signals a real, serious business, and we write it for them, so it takes almost none of their time.

Our leader’s English is not strong. Can they still do this?

Yes. We interview them in Chinese when needed, then write their posts in native English in their voice. They only approve, and their English never has to show.

Is ghostwriting honest, or are we faking it?

The ideas and the expertise are your leader’s. We only put them into clear English and post on a schedule, which is normal practice for busy executives all over the world.

What is LinkedIn Live, and why does it matter?

It is a live video broadcast on LinkedIn, a bit like a livestream. It earns far more comments than a normal video and puts your leader face to face with buyers. We plan it, run it, and turn the recording into more content.

Training 2 questions
Can you run the training in Mandarin?

Yes. We run workshops in Mandarin for your China team and switch to English where it helps. Your team learns in the language they are most comfortable with.

What will our team actually be able to do after training?

Real, usable skills. They leave with an optimized profile, a content plan, or an ads plan they can run the next Monday. These are working sessions, not lectures.

Working with us 5 questions
How is consulting different from your content service?

The content service runs your company page for you. Consulting builds the people side: your staff, your leaders, and your team’s own skills. Plenty of companies use both together.

We are not based in the US. Can you still work with us?

Yes. Most of our clients are Chinese companies selling into the US and Europe, which is exactly what we are built for.

How fast will we see results?

Profiles and visibility improve in the first few weeks. Real pipeline impact usually builds over the first few months, as buyers start to recognize and trust your people.

What does it cost?

Advocacy and executive branding run as a monthly program; training is priced per workshop. Most companies start small and expand, and we give you clear numbers on the first call.

Do we own everything if we stop?

Yes. The profiles, the content, the training, and the skills stay with you and your team. There is no lock-in.

Not sure where to start? Book a call. We will tell you straight whether advocacy, an executive, or a workshop is the fastest win for you.
