Beyond Bridge
A LinkedIn company page for the exporter EastValve glowing in a dark studio: branded banner, 12,847 followers and active posts written in native English

LinkedIn content

LinkedIn content that
Western buyers trust.

Written in native English, never translated.

Buyers in the US and Europe check your LinkedIn before they answer your email. When that page is empty, the conversation ends there. We run the whole operation, from strategy to posting to reporting.

The problem

A buyer found you. Then they opened your LinkedIn.

A procurement manager in Germany gets your email. Before she replies, she opens your LinkedIn page. This is the first thing most serious B2B buyers do, and what she often finds on a Chinese company's page is a logo and not much else. Two or three posts from a couple of years ago. Copy that clearly went through a translation tool.

So she makes a quiet decision and moves on to a supplier who looks active and real. You know this problem from the other direction: in China, a Western company with no WeChat account and no Baidu results looks like it barely exists. An empty LinkedIn page reads the same way, as a company that is not serious, and sometimes as one that is not even real.

Access is on us. LinkedIn closed its China app, but the global platform is open for business. We run your account from outside the firewall, so there is no foreign company, no foreign bank, and no VPN of your own to set up. Your team approves everything through a simple link.

What we do

A page that brings in leads.

Your factory has the quality. Your team has the expertise. But knowledge sitting inside a building in Shenzhen or Hangzhou does not reach a buyer in Texas on its own. It has to travel, and in Western B2B, LinkedIn is how it travels.

A LinkedIn content calendar for June: posts, carousels, videos, a newsletter, a poll and an event scheduled across the weeks
One operation that runs every week. You approve. Your team stays on the product.

We run the whole thing.

Strategy, the content calendar, production, publishing, and reporting all sit with us. We build what makes your company credible into an operation that runs every week, posts, articles, newsletters, and events. And every word is written in native English, never translated from Chinese.

Native English, never translation

Translated copy reads as foreign and chips away at trust without anyone quite saying why. We write from scratch in the English your buyers use, so the page reads like it came from inside their own market.

For the buyer, not the boss

A lot of Chinese B2B content is built to please the person at the top. Western buyers want the point first, so we lead with what solves their problem and save the company history for later, if at all.

AI for speed, humans for the standard

AI does the heavy lifting on research, first drafts, and visuals. Our editors check every piece before it reaches you. More content, faster, at a lower cost per post, without giving up the quality that protects your name.

Leads, not likes

Once a month you get a plain report tied to your pipeline: what went out, what it did, and what we are changing next. No wall of numbers your sales team cannot use.

Most decision-makers say useful, expert content is how they size up whether a company is worth their time.
Lead first with what solves their problem

How we start

From kickoff to live content.

~3 weeks to live. After that it runs: one short call a month, you approve, we do the rest.
  1. Week one

    Audit and plan.

We go through your current page, your products, and your target markets, then agree on the topics and the schedule.

  2. Week two

    Build.

We rebuild the page in clear English and draft the first month of content for your review.

  3. Week three

    Publish.

Approved content goes live, posting settles into a weekly rhythm, and reporting begins.

Why us

Built for the trip from China to the West

We are not a Western agency guessing at China, and not a Chinese agency guessing at the West. We work both sides of that bridge every day, so we usually know why your current content is not landing before you finish explaining it. The team has run LinkedIn programs for cross-border companies like Orange Connex, the logistics business backed by eBay and CITIC, handling the page, the content, and the lead generation end to end.

Your English reads like it was written by someone who thinks in English, because it was. The same is true if you need German, French, or Spanish. And you own all of it: content, subscriber lists, registrant data, creative files. If you ever walk away, you take everything with you.

Our services

Four services. One goal. More leads.

Each service works on its own, and together they turn your page into a system your sales team can lean on. Because the feed favours companies that show up consistently, a steady weekly rhythm is built into all of them. Start with one.

Content production and editorial

Every format, every week, written natively in English.

  • Every format chosen on purpose, not by default
  • Executive ghostwriting that gives your leaders a voice Western buyers respect
  • Copy written natively in English, never translated from Chinese

You approve every piece. If it is not right, we rewrite it.

A LinkedIn newsletter page with a subscribe button and subscriber count

LinkedIn newsletter

A direct line to the Western buyers who matter most to your business.

  • Editorial concept: what it stands for, who it serves, why people stay subscribed
  • Full production: research, writing, editing, subject line, calls to action
  • Subscriber growth, organic and paid, across your page, your leaders, and campaigns
  • Performance tracking: open rates, clicks, growth, and a clear note after each edition

Your subscriber list belongs to you. Always.

linkedin.com/events/sourcing-flow-control
A LinkedIn event page with date, host, an attend button and registrant count

LinkedIn events

The highest-engagement format on the platform, where every registration is a named lead.

  • Concept and angle: a sharp topic, a clear audience, built to fill seats
  • A promotion campaign that starts four weeks out, organic and paid
  • Speaker prep, with every participant briefed and tech-checked across time zones
  • Live management plus post-event content: recording, clips, summary, social posts
  • Follow-up: registrant data plus a clear action plan for your sales team

All assets and registrant data belong to you. If a topic will not fill seats, we tell you in week one.

What it costs

A retainer, because content is ongoing.

We work on a monthly retainer, not a one-time project. Most companies start in the range of a single mid-level marketing salary, far less than building the same team in-house in a Western market. The exact number depends on how many formats you run and how many markets you target. We give you a clear figure on the first call, with no obligation.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What is LinkedIn, in plain terms?

Think of it as the WeChat of the Western business world, except public. It is where professionals in the US and Europe keep their work profile, follow companies, and post about their industry. Your buyers, distributors, and resellers are almost all there.

Is LinkedIn blocked in China? How do we even use it?

LinkedIn shut down its China app, but the global site is still where Chinese companies do overseas business. We run your account from outside the firewall, so access is not a problem on our end. Your team views and approves everything through a simple link we send.

Why LinkedIn and not Alibaba or Made-in-China?

Those platforms are where buyers shop for the cheapest supplier. LinkedIn is where they decide which company to trust. A buyer often finds you on a B2B platform, then checks your LinkedIn to confirm you are real and serious before replying.

We already have a website. Why do we need this too?

A website is what you say about yourself. LinkedIn is where buyers watch you show up in public, week after week. The website closes the deal. LinkedIn earns the trust that gets a buyer to the website in the first place.

What does the first month look like?

Week one we audit your page, products, and target markets and agree the plan. Week two we rebuild the page and draft your first content. By week three it is live and reporting has started.

Do you translate our Chinese content?

No. Translation is the single biggest mistake Chinese companies make on LinkedIn. We write in native English from the start, so the page reads as real to a Western buyer.

We make industrial parts, not interesting content. What would we even post?

That is exactly the material that works. Buyers want to see how your product solves a real problem, how it is built, how it performs, and who already uses it. What feels boring to you reads as proof of expertise to them.

Is posting once a month enough?

No. Once a month does almost nothing. Pages that post weekly grow far faster and stay visible in the feed, so we work on a steady weekly schedule.

Do I need all four services, or can I start with one?

Start with one. Most companies begin with page management and add the rest as leads come in. There is no need to buy everything at once.

How much time does my team have to give each week?

Very little. We pull what we need in one short monthly call. After that, you only approve. We handle the writing, the design, and the posting.

Who approves before something goes public?

You do. Nothing is posted without your sign-off. You see every piece first, in a simple list, and approve it or ask for changes.

Will this bring real leads, or just followers?

Leads are the point. Followers are only a step on the way. We report on inquiries and pipeline, not just likes, and if a piece of content is not moving you toward leads, we change the approach.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We work inside your logo, colors, and rules. If you do not have guidelines yet, we can help shape them.

How long before we see results?

A stronger, more credible page shows up in the first month. Real inquiries usually build over three to six months as buyers start to recognize and trust your company.

What does it cost?

A monthly retainer that usually starts around the cost of one mid-level marketing hire. The exact figure depends on formats and markets, and we give you a clear number on the first call.

What happens to the page if we stop working together?

It stays yours. The page, the content, and the followers all belong to you. There is no lock-in, and if you leave, you keep everything we built.

Most companies pair content with LinkedIn advertising to reach buyers faster, and with LinkedIn consulting to get their own team posting. All three work together.
